What we collect
When you sign in we store your email address, display name, and a Firebase user ID. When you upload a chat we temporarily store the chat content on Firebase Storage in order to process it. When you purchase a report Stripe collects payment data; we receive only the minimal metadata needed to credit your account (Stripe customer ID, payment status, product purchased).
How we use it
Your chat is sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. We do not use chat content for model training. After the report is generated the uploaded chat is deleted from our storage. The structured report itself is saved to Firestore and is visible only to you.
Data retention
Uploaded chats: deleted immediately after the report is generated. Reports: retained in your account until you delete them. Account metadata: retained as long as your account is active. Payment records: retained as required by Stripe and tax law.
Third-party services
We rely on: Firebase (authentication, Firestore, Storage — Google LLC), Google Gemini (analysis — Google LLC), Stripe (payments — Stripe Inc.), Vercel (hosting frontend), Railway (hosting backend). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@relationshipscan.com. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object.
Children
This service is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.
