What this service is
RelationshipScan is an AI-assisted reflection tool that reads couple chats through five clinical frameworks and returns a structured report. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Acceptable use
Do not upload chats you do not have the right to analyze. Do not upload content involving minors, illegal activity, or that violates the privacy rights of third parties. You are responsible for how you use the reports we generate.
Payment
Reports are one-time purchases via Stripe. There is no subscription. Credits do not expire. All sales are final once a report is generated; refund requests for unredeemed credits are handled case by case via support@relationshipscan.com.
No guarantee of accuracy
The frameworks behind each report are established clinical tools, but the readings are produced by AI agents and may contain errors. Treat the report as one perspective among several. Do not make irreversible decisions about your relationship based solely on a report from this service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelationshipScan is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Crisis disclaimer
If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately. This service is not a crisis intervention tool.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active accounts.
